Competition Teams
Innovily Futsal is excited to form our first competition teams for the 25/26 season. Competition teams will formed on a yearly basis starting in May. These teams will train and compete together for the season. For this first season, our focus will be on creating a 2013/2012 girls’ team, but we’re open to other teams if there’s enough interest. Beginning at the end of the 24-25 outdoor season in May, Innovily will be forming competition teams for players who would like to play futsal as a primary sport over outdoor.
We recognize the importance of being a multisport athlete and the training schedule will be flexible for players who intend to play other sports. Especially for middle schoolers, we understand the enjoyment of playing for one’s school. We hope to provide an environment where these players can maintain a competitive futsal/soccer team while still experiencing and participating in new activities and representing their schools.

Neither costs nor events have yet been decided upon. Depending on the number of players interested, there is a possibility of competing in outdoor events as well.
Events may come in a variety of forms, but they’re most likely to be friendlies, tournaments, or identification (id) selection trials. Events are uncommon, not all-inclusive, and are often quite competitive. We hope the development of futsal in the area will improve the opportunities for everyone to play more events. When events become available, teams may be formed from players who we feel will best fit the event. If you have a player interested in participating in events, we encourage you to register for a membership and come train with us. If this is a challenge, please send us a message.

US YOUTH FUTSAL EVENTS
USYF State Championships The State Championships offer players the chance to begin their journey on a smaller scale, with the potential for growth. Rather than immediately facing regional competition against top talent, participants can compete locally, gaining valuable experience and confidence as they prepare for the next stages of their USYF Championship Series journey.
US Youth Futsal State Championships
USYF Regional Championships Since its inception in 1994, the USYF Regional Championships have been an integral part of the futsal community, providing a platform for tens of thousands of young players to showcase their talents. This esteemed event attracts top teams from the region, each competing for the opportunity to advance to the National Championships later in the season.
US Youth Futsal Regional Championships
The South Regional Championships have recently been hosted in Tomball by Upper90 Futsal Club (in Katy). They are typically held in January.
2024 South Regional Championship
USYF National Championships Continuing along the USYF Championship Series Pathway, the final step is the National Championship Series. Often recognized as the apex of futsal competition in the nation, this event draws players, coaches, and scouts from across the country. Hosted in Kansas, it marks the end of the final Regional Championship, serving as a platform for top teams to showcase their skills. Teams securing victory or runner-up positions in their Regional Championships earn automatic invitations, while others compete for entry through at-large bids.
US Youth Futsal National Championships
US Youth Futsal Identification Trials
USYF Identification The US Youth Futsal ID program aims to identify and cultivate elite talent within a competitive and demanding environment through its Futsal ID State Trials. Exceptional players selected from these trials receive invitations to participate in the US Youth Futsal National ID trials, where they engage in rigorous training and competitive matches. From these national trials, the US Youth Futsal International Teams are assembled, representing the pinnacle of futsal talent in the country.
Under the expert guidance of the United States Youth Futsal National Coaching Staff, these top-tier players undergo comprehensive training and development, ensuring the highest standard of futsal growth.
Futsal ID Trials are open to boys and girls born between 2006 and 2014. Players have the flexibility to attend trials in any available state, allowing them to participate even if their home state's trial dates are not convenient.

EDDOA Arthur Yonge Series
EDDOA Futsal Series Hosted as a number of different series events in Southern Houston, these games are highly competitive and provide a pathway to the US Futsal Federation Regionals.
South Central Regional Championships
USFF National Championships The U.S. Futsal National Championship has been a mark of excellence by the futsal community since 1985. The U.S. Futsal National Championship rotates around the country every two years and is held around the middle of July. This year’s 2024 National Championship will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada.
